Weight Control Program

This Program is NOT a Diet, but it helps you to learn how your body, food and exercise works, in order to reach your goal weight.
Step 1: Determine your current weight. Tip: (always using the same scale and place the scale on the same spot every time you weigh)
Step 3: Calculate how much weight you need to lose. Take your current weight, subtract your Ideal weight.
Example: If you weight 100 Kg’s and you need to weigh 80 Kg’s the sum will be 20 Kg’s. Thus you need to lose 20 Kilogram.
Step 4: Plot your own reasonable time frame to lose the excess weight. (If you fail to plan, you plan to fail)
Example: If you have 20 Kg’s to lose, divide the weight by 0,5. The result will be 40 weeks. This will give you ample time with benchmarks along the way to keep you on track.
If you want to lose the 20Kg’s in a shorter period of time, don’t try to make the period shorter than 20 weeks (1 Kg / week) otherwise your body might rebel against the sudden weight loss and go on a strike. Permanent weight loss has to be slow.

Step 5: Choose one of the FREE Manna Menu plans which will suit your lifestyle the best. To lose weight successfully and permanent, you might need to make some lifestyle adjustments.

Step 6: Do you like exercising? If not, please read why you need to do some sort of exercise and how to burn fat.
Choose the sort of exercise you like from the exercise section of the web page.
Remember that you have to exercise at least 30 minutes continuous 4 times per week.
Step 7: Do you crave sweets or salty snacks almost all the time? Understand Cravings and see how easy it is to overcome.
