The Soy powder we use in the Manna Shake, is imported from the USA and are of the highest standard, GMO free Soy available.

How to Use the Manna Shake
The SHAKE can be used as a meal replacement or a snack replacement, served with non-fat milk or water. The SHAKE powder can also be mixed into yogurt ( preferably Bulgarian yogurt) or you can make a smoothie with it.
Dosage & Directions
Add 1 level measuring scoop (±32g) of Manna Shake powder in a shaker or blender with a cup (250ml) of non-fat or skimmed milk.(or water)

Manna Smoothie Recipes
Peanut butter* and Banana Smoothie
- 125ml Skim milk
- 80ml plain or fruit yoghurt
- 70g banana, peeled weight
- 5ml peanut butter *optional
- 5-10 ice cubes *optional
- 1 Scoop of Strawberry Manna Shake Powder
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth

Coffee and Vanilla Smoothie
- 80ml Vanilla or plain yoghurt
- 125ml skim milk
- 1tsp instant coffee powder
- 20ml hot water
- 2.5ml vanilla essence
- 1 scoop chocolate Manna shake powder
- 5-10 ice cubes optional
Mix instant coffee powder with hot water. Stir until all coffee has dissolved.
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth

Spanspek (sweet melon) and Watermelon Smoothie
- 75g Watermelon
- 60g Spanspek (sweet melon)
- 80ml vanilla or plain yoghurt
- 125ml skim milk
- 1 scoop Strawberry Manna Shake Powder
- 5 – 10 ice cubes optional
• Place all ingredients into a blender.
• Blend until smooth
