i am a pensioner so cant afford the products but i have been making a point of following your advice on foods and have changed my eating habits. that alone has made me feel better. but i cannot do the exercises that you give us because i am in a wheelchair. how about including the disabled and give us a list of exercises that we can do to strengthen back, leg and arm muscles. i dread the day when my back muscles are so weak that i have to be strapped into my chair! many thanks for your infromative e-mails and for giving me a chance to make this request.
