How to drink your Manna Shake
You can drink your Manna Shake with water, but it is not the most pleasant way. You can add milk for a tastier drink, and then you can make a smoothie.
My Smoothie:
- 1 Scoop Manna
- 250ml Low Fat Milk
- 2 - 3 Table Spoons of Yoghurt
- Fruit
For fruit you can add a banana, a apple, a pear, some pineapple, kiwifruit, watermelon, sweet melon, or any other fruit you prefer.
My Favorite: Pawpaw.
